# Facebook Pays Me Every Week With The Meta Viewpoints App
Most people have probably never heard of the Meta Viewpoints app, but it’s actually one of the easiest low-effort reward apps I currently use. Meta Viewpoints (formerly Facebook Viewpoints) is a rewards and research app owned by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. The app pays users with points for participating in surveys, voice recording studies, data uploads, and other research programs.
The main reason I keep the Meta Viewpoints app installed is because of one extremely simple weekly task.

Every week I get a task worth 85 points for uploading data from my phone. The upload itself takes only a few seconds, and once completed the points are added directly to my Meta Viewpoints account balance.

## Is Meta Viewpoints Worth Using?
That depends on what you expect from reward apps.

then Meta Viewpoints probably will not impress you.
But if you already use:
